Left Center: President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Rear Admiral M. F. Draemel on October ·27, 1944 during the President's inspection of the Navy Yard.

Right Center: Commissioning a Naval vessel.

Bottom: USS WISCONSIN (BB-64), built by the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Keel laid January 25, 1941, launched December 7, 1943, the second anniversary of Pearl Harbor, and commissioned April 16, 1944.
