One Mans War Journal
During the War, shipmates were forbidden from
keeping a Diary/Journal.
The reason was that that they did not want this information
being
found by the enemy in the event that the ship fell
into the wrong hands.
This did not stop a lot of the men from keeping a Journal.
This is just one of the many journals.
All Journals that were created during the war are considered first hand information.
In most cases they were written within hours of the event.
If you have one of these Journal and would like to include it on
this was bite, please contact us.
We will consider including it.
